Electronic Services - Identification
This panel contains the identification options for the various types of electronic transmission.

Federal |
EFILE number |
Allows you to enter the EFILE number assigned by the federal tax authorities and that is required for transmission. |

EFILE password |
Allows you to enter the EFILE password associated with the EFILE number and that is required for transmission. |
|
Québec |
Preparer number |
Allows you to enter the NetFile Québec preparer number assigned by the tax authorities and that is required for transmission. This number is generally the same as the EFILE number. |

Access code |
Allows you to enter the NetFile Québec access code assigned by Revenu Québec and that is required for transmission. |

|
Note: During conversion of the configuration, Personal Taxprep retrieves the preparer number and the access code. Modify them only if they have changed. |

Account number |
Allows you to enter the account number provided by the Taxprep Customer Service and that is required to access Taxprep Services. |

Password |
Allows you to enter the password provided by the Taxprep Customer Service and that is required to access Taxprep Services. |
